Every order placed with Aries x Rose is dispatched with the same care we would want for our own. Free, tracked, and on its way to you within 24 hours of being confirmed.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second email containing your tracking number the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Our Promise

If your order has not been dispatched within 48 business hours, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch, in business days:

Australia3 to 5 business days. Express available at checkout.
United States5 to 8 business days. Fully tracked end to end.
United Kingdom5 to 7 business days. Duties prepaid at checkout.
Europe5 to 9 business days. No customs fees on arrival for most countries.
Rest of World7 to 14 business days. Tracked international delivery included.

During peak periods, launch weeks, major sales, or public holidays, delivery may extend by 1 to 2 days. We will always communicate this in advance.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking link arrives by email the moment your parcel is dispatched. You can also track your order at any time via the Track Your Order link in the navigation.

If your tracking shows no movement

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch, particularly across international borders. If there has been no movement after 5 business days from dispatch, contact us at info@ariesandrose.com and we will investigate immediately.

If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived

  • Check with everyone in your household
  • Check with immediate neighbours
  • Check any safe drop locations, porches, garages, or mailrooms
  • Wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally pre-mark delivery

If after 48 hours your order has still not arrived, contact us with your order number. We cover the cost of investigation and replacement.

Customs & Duties

For most international destinations, all duties and import taxes are prepaid at checkout. Your parcel arrives with no additional fees at the door.

For destinations where duties cannot be prepaid, the customer is responsible for any applicable local charges. This will be clearly stated at checkout before you confirm your order.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item within 48 hours and email info@ariesandrose.com with your order number. We resolve all damage claims within 24 hours.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we cover the full cost of a replacement. You will never be charged twice for an order that did not reach you.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 60 Days of receiving it and we will make it right.

We believe in our products. Every item is inspected before dispatch. If something does not meet your expectations, whether it is a manufacturing issue, a sizing concern, or something else, contact us and we will find a resolution quickly and fairly.

  • One or two photographs if the issue is with the product itself

Defects & Wrong Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent to you, we will arrange a replacement or a full resolution at no cost to you. No return shipment required.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a visible defect or an incorrect item. Photograph the item and your delivery packaging so we can process your claim immediately.

What We Cannot Cover

The following are outside our standard resolution process:

  • Items reported more than 60 Days after the delivery date
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Items purchased during final sale events where the sale terms were clearly stated at checkout
  • Change of mind on an item that is in perfect condition as described
