We accept returns within 20 days of delivery. If it's not quite right, we get it, just send it back.
What makes a return okay:
The item must be in the same shape you got it
Unused, unwashed, with tags
Packed in the original packaging
Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Please don’t send anything back before reaching out, unapproved returns won’t be accepted. Return shipping costs are on the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived broken, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know as soon as you open the box. We'll sort it out.

The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order. Once we approve the return, you’ll get your refund, and you’re free to grab what you really want.
EU Customers 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is going to a country in the European Union, you’ve got the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no reason needed.
Just like above, make sure it’s unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and keep your receipt handy.
Refunds
Once we get your return and check it, we’ll let you know if everything looks good. If it’s approved, we’ll send your money back to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
