Shipping Policy

We prepare all orders within 1 to 3 business days. If there’s ever an issue, like a payment that didn’t go through or an address that doesn’t check out. We’ll reach out to you by email before moving forward.

Shipping Time

For orders within the United States, shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
For all other countries, please allow 10 to 14 business days.
Some delays may happen due to weather, holidays, or shipping company issues. While we don’t control these, we’ll always keep you updated as best we can.

Taxes & Customs

Some countries charge customs or import duties. These costs are not included in your order with Aries x Rose. You’ll need to cover these separately if they apply. If you're unsure, it’s best to check with your local customs office.
We’re not able to speed up customs checks that’s handled entirely by your country’s authorities.

Cancelling an Order

If you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel after placing an order, contact us as soon as you can. We’ll try our best to help.
But once your order has been sent to the warehouse or shipped, we can’t cancel it. In that case, you can still return it once it arrives.
