Returns

We accept returns under the following situations:

2. Send us clear photos showing the issue.
3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging (if any).

Refunds

• Lost Orders: If your package doesn't arrive within 45 days (for the USA, Australia, NZ) or 60 days (for all other countries) after we ship it.

Shipping Costs on Returns
