Returns

We accept returns under the following situations:

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• Lost Orders: If your package doesn't arrive within 45 days (for the USA, Australia, NZ) or 60 days (for all other countries) after we ship it.
• Damaged on Arrival: If your product shows up broken or unusable.
• Totally Different Item: If it’s not what was shown or described.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect address was given at checkout.
• Small design or color differences.
• Delivery delays caused by customs or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs on Returns

• If the problem was our fault (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
• If you’re returning something for personal reasons (e.g., doesn’t suit your taste or you picked the wrong size), return shipping is paid by you.
